The University Engineering and Construction function is responsible for planning, developing, maintaining, and improving the physical infrastructure of Mir Chakar Khan Rind University of Technology, Dera Ghazi Khan.

Executing and coordinating construction and development projects for academic, administrative, residential, and supporting University facilities.
Ensuring regular maintenance, repair, and upkeep of buildings, infrastructure, utilities, and campus facilities for safe and efficient operations.
Managing electrical, plumbing, water supply, mechanical systems, and other essential engineering services required for smooth campus operations.
Upholding engineering quality standards, workplace safety requirements, technical specifications, and applicable protocols across construction and maintenance activities.
Planning, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring engineering and construction projects to ensure timely completion within approved scope, quality requirements, and budget.
