The University Engineering and Construction function is responsible for planning, developing, maintaining, and improving the physical infrastructure of Mir Chakar Khan Rind University of Technology, Dera Ghazi Khan.

It supports the University through effective engineering planning, construction, maintenance, utilities management, quality assurance, safety compliance, and project coordination to ensure that campus facilities remain safe, functional, sustainable, and suitable for academic and administrative activities.
